Tea leoni - Slicy recipe
Material:
1. Tea leaves – 1 teaspoon
2. Milk – 1 cup
3. Sugar – as per taste
4. Cardamom – 2
5. Basil leaves – 4-5
6. Ginger for freshness (grated) - 1/2 teaspoon
7. Leaves broken into pieces (for infusing tea) – a few
STEPS:
1. Mix tea leaves, cardamom, basil leaves, and ginger in water and boil it.
2. When this mixture starts boiling, add milk and let it boil again.
3. Now add sugar to it and leave it on low flame so that the sugar dissolves well.
4. Filter the mixture through a sieve so that no tea leaves remain.
5. Your Tea Leoni is ready! Serve it with leaves torn into pieces.
The flavor of basil and ginger together adds a new color and taste to it.
